This historic Granada hotel is one of the selected venues where the group performs in an Andalusia concert programme.
Following a successful tour in United Kingdom, Café del Mundo stops off in Granada on 28th May. They will perform at 8.30pm inside the iconic Theatre at Hotel Alhambra Palace.
The performance will showcase music from their six albums. The classic guitar duo will also visit another three Andalusian locations. Nerja, Vejer de la Frontera and another Granada venue.
The group takes its name from the historic singing café founded in Seville in 1842. The artists of Café del Mundo are excellent classic guitarists. Their performances are a blend of musical dialogue, lyrical expression and grand flamenco sounds. Creating music which surrounds the audience, sounds that make us dream, imagine and emote.
Their back catalogue spans six albums so far. Yet they are currently working on a new album. For this latest work they have used the famous Abbey Road Studios in London for the album recording.
As well as the performance in the Hotel Alhambra Palace, Café del Mundo, will perform on 29th May at 8.30pm at Centro Cultural de Nerja (Málaga). Again on Friday 31st May at 9pm, at Vejer de La Frontera Castle (Cádiz). Then on Sunday 2nd June at 12 noon inside Castril Palace in Granada, Calle Acera del Darro, 41.

In 2015 “Dance of Joy” came out, a revised version of their first compositions.
In 2018 “Beloved Europa” a record with character that draws you in. Within a month of its launch quickly rose up the 100 Jazz Albums list in Amazon.
The track “Spread Your Wings” went straight ono the Jazz playlist at Apple Music.
Currently Café del Mundo will perform 120 concerts in different countries.
